Attend Conferences, Meetings and industry events
Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers.
Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
Gather organizational performance information.
Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage Business Development Activities
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Manage operations, research, or logistics projects.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
Monitor flow of cash or other resources.
Monitor costs incurred by project staff to identify budget issues.
Prepare financial documents, reports, or budgets.
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
Prepare operational reports or records.
Produce and distribute project documents.
Prepare sales or technical reports or presentations
Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel.
Present work to clients for approval.
Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Report information to managers or other personnel.
Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to managers.
Select resources needed to accomplish tasks.
Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules.
Supervise personnel.
Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback.
Coordinate Resource Procurement Activities
Request and gather quotes for raw materials, packaging, supplies for new, on-going and current projects.
Comparing quotes and pricing to secure the best rates for raw material, whilst keeping lead time in mind.
Staying Organized and working with Accounting on Invoicing/AP as needed
