Overview
The purpose of the apprenticeship program is to develop a qualified, versatile & safe workforce. Apprenticeship will give you a combination of on-the-job experience, classroom & field training to help you become a valued construction team member & a union laborer. The program consists of 4,000 hours of
on-the-job learning & a minimum of 320 hours off-the-job training before being promoted to a Journey worker.
