Aero’s apprenticeship program allows you to earn while you learn, providing training and education in the sheet metal industry. Programmed raises are included with progression, commitment to punctuality, and working positively in a team or independent setting. All apprentices are offered the benefits of being part of the Aero Team. Jobsites are located throughout Maine, but with a concentration of current and future projects in the Portland metropolitan area. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, a positive attitude, a commitment to excellent attendance, and an aptitude to learn.
