- Demonstrates the ability to perform a workpiece set up. Understands the importance of flatness, squareness and pick up location. Can identify Hole-Edge-Gap and workpiece slope.
- Demonstrates the understanding of workpiece offsets, G-codes, vise work and various clamps used to achieve accurate set-ups. Understands Paper Print coordination with Esprit program.
- Demonstrates the ability to Run Programs. Can effectively navigate folders and import programs.
- Demonstrates the understanding of Start Point-Match programming, Drop Die, Drop Punches, Cut Forms, Fit Punches and check sizing.
- Demonstrates the ability to Trouble Shoot & Diagnose. Can effectively identify programming issues, machine troubles and threading issues. Understands E-Packs.
