On-the-job Training

• Operating a stand-alone tipping machine, maintaining consistent bale density
• Monitoring safe and efficient flow of materials into and out of the Outlet Store
• Performing work duties according to safety expectations and procedures
• Partnering with Operations Management in completing Warehouse Risk Management and Safety Audits.
• Maintain communication with the salvage department throughout the day through all table rotation initatives
• Documenting maintenance and implementing all necessary DOT, forklift, safety training.
• Sets priorities to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals; updates goal reporting
• Training new associates in policies, procedures and standards.
• Partnering with Operations Management in Logistics Training understanding all Warehouse Management System logistics including: product shipping and receiving, product storage, inventory management, documentation, transportation and order processing.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed within transportation and warehouse operations
• All other duties assigned by the Operations Manager
