Green Air is seeking an HVAC Apprentice for our Service Department! As a Service Apprentice you will be responsible for assisting the Service Technician with HVAC system troubleshooting while obtaining hands on experience for both residential and commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities:
- Quoting system replacements as well as repair and maintenance prices
- Electronically recording labor, parts, etc. for work orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of van and company provided tools
- Maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose system issues
- Communicate with customers as well as with office staff
- Collect payments from customers and turn in to Accounts Receivable
- Ordering correct parts for jobs
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Certification:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Applicable safety certifications
- Knowledge of HVAC trade
Experience Required:
- Green Air will provide training
- Must be able to pass drug and background screen.
