    • Secure aircraft with chalks at gate
    • Evaluate maintenance task per applicable aircraft maintenance manual procedure
    • Perform hydraulic serving
    • Perform cabin cleaning
    • Perform exterior fuselage cleaning
    • Remove and install engine protections
    • Remove and install pilot probe protections
    • Remove and install static port protections
    • Remove and install TAT probe protections
    • Remove and install ram air turbine safety device
    • Remove and install steering by-pass pin
    • Remove and install landing gear door safety device
    • Connect tug and tow bar for aircraft dispatch and movement
  • Check and Inspect the Oxygen System
    • Fit Oxygen system and components. Cleaning and installation of quick donning oxygen masks
    • Install and connect equipment. Knowledge of installation/connection and/or locking systems of pipes. Oxygen system component replacement
    • Oxygen system technology. Knowledge of oxygen system technology and ability to work on gaseous oxygen systems. Servicing oxygen with use of booster cart
  • Install and Perform Electrical Task
    • Installation of Flight test equipment. Introduction and familiarization of installation of parts
    • Perform electrical troubleshooting. Assist avionics with troubleshooting, to include connector/components removal. Familiarization with process
    • Perform bite test through multipurpose control and display unit (MCDU)
    • Perform bonding test of part/component as required
    • Perform safety measures, lock-out tag-out procedure for applicable maintenance tasks
  • Conduct Pre- and Post-Flight Inspections
    • Check and Inpect avionics compartment for 80VU and 90VU
    • Check and Inspect lateral avionics compartment R/H, (Battery Compartment)
    • Check and Inspect lateral avionics compartment L/H (emergency Power Supply)
    • Check and Inspect wings aircraft configuration and safety percautions
    • Check and Inspect retract slats and flaps
    • Cargo Compartment 1: Check that all components installed in cargo compartment are properly attached, including flight test ballast
    • Cargo Compartment 2 and Area Between FR 65 & 70: Check all components installed in cargo compartment are properly attached, including flight test ballast
    • Check and inspect the fuselage outside all doors and fairnings
    • Check and inspect horizontal stabilizer/vertical stabilizers for hydraulic leaks, no damage to flight control surfaces
    • Check and inspect auxiliary power unit compartment for correct oil levels and no leaks
    • Check and inspect section 19 for leaks, foreign objects and/or damages
  • Check and Inspect Belly Fairing (L/H and R/H)
    • Check and inspect skin and assembly for deformations, cracks, fractures, indentations, delamination of composite materials
    • Check and inspect hydraulics compartment, yellow system for foreign objects, leaks, nitrogen pressure
    • Check and inspect hydraulics compartment, blue system for clogging indicator, air pressurization manifold and filter
    • Check and inspect main landing gear and main landing gear doors for safety devices
    • Check and inspect nose landing gear, nose landing gear bay and doors for traces of impact or damage, good condition on mountings and pipes and cables
    • Check and inspect engines and pylons: Cowlings Open
    • Check and inspect engines and pylons: Cowlings Closed
    • Check and inspect cabin: General condition of the cabin, pax doors, emergency exits
    • Check and inspect cockpit: Flight crew compartment, emergency equipment, 49VU and 120VU, etc.
    • Check and inspect electrical power supply: Battery voltage check, power supply and emergency test, power supply external, emergency general test
    • Check and inspect communications: Flight interphone, CVR test, audio communication, emergency beacon
    • Check and inspect fire protection: Engines and APU fire test
    • Check and inspect ATA 28 Fuel
    • Check and inspect ATA 34 Navigation
    • Check and inspect hydraulic systems
    • Check and inspect flight controls: Flight computer, elevator operation, side-stick priority, speed brakes, rudder functions
