• Production Technical Set-up
  • Assemble, mechanically adjust, align and modify electronic, mechanical assemblies such as cable and harnesses, circuit boards, chassis assemblies, electronic parts, senor assemblies, and components.
  • Perform mixing, measuring and application of a variety of coating, elastomer, potting, bonding materials and paint to various assemblies
  • Move in process work including components, parts, assemblies, material and completed products using lifting and moving devices as required

• Production Technical Operation
  • Perform bonding, wiring, harness board routing, crimping, assembly, disassembly, touch up, rework, masking, coating, modifications and housekeeping using a variety of hand tools, in process checks using appropriate measurement tooling/equipment, assembly
  • Work from approved engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing process plans and other written instructions
  • Use a wide variety of measuring instruments to perform visual, dimensional and mechanical checks
  • Follow the production schedule
  • Monitor and inspect products
  • Complete assembly processes and verification to enable vacuum baking and backfilling processes of production hardware
  • Follow procedures in accordance with planning documents to complete assemblies without defect using manufacturing supplement documentation

  • Demonstrate proficiency of skills necessary to complete requirements, processes, and verification criteria of marking requirements for assemblies including following chemical mixing instructions
  • Adhere to requirements and procedures to complete painting processes of products including the use of chemical Aldine conversion coating using the. Touch up paint booth
  • Follow procedures to successfully accomplish a braided addition to an existing harness assembly
  • Follow procedures in accordance with applicable engineering documents and production planning to build wire harness assembly level assemblies without defect
  • Participate in quality inspections
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions
